Now I will introduce you to basic movements of right squat.
1. Finished Position
The right squat preparation pose has already been mentioned. In preparation, left foot is slightly forward and right behind. a billiard table, and putting them lower is against law. The center of gravity of body is slightly tilted forward.
Second, throw ball
During preparation, ball should be tossed up while vigorously tossing center of gravity of arms and body. Use upward force of body's center of gravity to move arms. up to throw ball up.
The arc of ball should be thrown as straight as possible. If it deviates, entire point of contact will be difficult to find, so when arc is thrown, it falls almost to front of our right shoulder. When ball hits, entire point of impact is very easy to find, and force is also very coordinated.
When you are just starting to learn, height of ball toss should not be too high. A height of about 20 cm is enough. When your level improves, you can try to toss it as high as possible so that you can better use ball's falling gravity.
Third, Yinpai
(1) hand
Let's take another look at racquet hand. When ball is tossed up, hand pulls racket back.
(2) Wrist
The wrist follows forearm slightly to pull racquet back and leans back so that racquet is at approximately a 90 degree angle to forearm.
(3) Elbow
The key to dribbling racket is that elbow joint is very stable, which is mostly in front of right side of body. If you lift it up, entire surface of racket will not be vertical. The forearm will be very stable and elbow joint will be slightly raised when racquet is pulled back.
Fourth, swing your racket
(1) Force Direction
In process of applying force, hand pushes wrist to apply downward force, and at same time, body's center of gravity suddenly crouches down, so that it is a downward cutting motion.
The key point of chopping core is to use inertia of body's center of gravity. The downward inertia of cutting body causes hands to exert downward force. It's hard to deliver quality punches with just your hands, so center of gravity is very important. The important thing is that while center of gravity is squatting, hands are chopping downwards, like chopping wood. If you use strength of whole body together and all momentum goes down together, you will be able to chop wood. The power of right hand will be great, and same is true for right squat delivery, so coordination of body's center of gravity is very important.
(2) Batting

In order to squat in order to serve well, it is very important to control point of impact. In process of applying force, body and process of falling ball must be coordinated and combined. Therefore, interaction must be very coordinated. If you can't find hit point, you may not be able to use power of ball.
There should be a short pause while looking for point of impact. When ball is tossed up, it quickly crouches down as it accelerates downward.
2. Control point of impact
The rhythm control of point of impact is as follows: when ball is thrown up, when ball is at highest point, body has already started to squat about 20%, and then ball in process of accelerating and falling. Accelerate down and add force of crouch, because if center of gravity of a person is still standing high, when ball falls, entire point of impact will be high, so when ball reaches highest point of point, actually already started to crouch, then crouch when ball falls and accelerate, then point of impact can be controlled low enough .
During hooking of ball, center of gravity of whole body crouches down. After ball is served, it can be seen that center of gravity of whole body crouches very low, which is lower than when serving. Consider change in body's center of gravity after hitting ball. After hitting ball, body's center of gravity crouches down. At this time, knee bends below center of gravity when ball is ready to fall. serve and squat a lot to increase push-up.
Five, training
When practicing serve, you need to find feeling of hitting ball. In beginning, there is no need to use too many hand movements. Just get down, don't move your wrist too much, just hit ball. first and lightly touch it.
When ball falls, center of gravity first squats and then quickly contracts. It is feeling of finding point of impact, and center of gravity must be coordinated.
