For different arcs and rotations, way to rub ball is also different.
1. What are different methods of handling incoming balls with different arcs and different spins?
1. Don't turn ball
For an incoming ball with a high arc and no spin, surface of racquet can be lifted slightly, pressed down to rub ball low, and rub against white net.
2. Rotate ball
For a ball with a high arc and spin, surface of racquet should be slightly flatter, and lowered when rubbing against white net.
(2) Low flat ball
For a ball with a relatively low arc, things are easier. Just wait a while for center of gravity to drop down and wait for ball to drop.
If ball is on table, you can move a little faster and rub it during lifting period.
Typically, balls that cross have to wait until a down period, meaning they are slightly above table surface and they are just flat in past and there is no net arc when table is wiped.
When rubbing (cutting) a backhand, left foot is usually slightly behind, right foot slightly forward, and right foot slightly forward of the sole half.
Third, role of center of gravity
When playing ball, feet are always adjusting to find ball, and body's center of gravity also exerts an assisting force. As a rule, it is located a little in middle. On your feet, hold flapper and swing from upper left to lower right. After rubbing, center of gravity is pressed against right leg so that it recovers better.
