It can be forward or backward, up or down, left or right, this is power of squatting and hooking.
Click me to watch video tutorial. In this training episode, Wet Father mainly explains key points of back squats and serving up and down with rotation. If you want to know more details, check out tutorial video. this episode.
1. Key points for correct delivery of topspin
(1) Use soft power
Through continuous training, ball control will get better and better. In future, we must learn to rub with wrist. As your wrist leads racquet, relax it, lean back, let racquet head close. to right shoulder, and then lift wrist with forearm shake, shake amplitude should not be too strong. If it is too hard, ball will easily hit net, and arc is too long, so friction action should be a little softer, and ball should be cut a little and check.
(2) Keep range of motion small
Finally, we must use same movement to perform two kinds of rotation. For this movement, we try to do our best so that forearm does not rise too much when doing topspin, but a little less. friction is over. An upward spin comes out, and then hand goes down again, and entire downward spin movement must be consistent.
Second, highlights of a good backspin
(1) Find keypoint
The body crouches after ball falls and finds sensation of crouching to apply force, mainly to feel center of gravity of body crouching down and then find the point of impact.
(2) Cut ball
When applying backspin, surface of board may be slightly flat when it touches ball. After cutting ball and waiting for it to fall, rub ball down in front of you to send a reverse spin.
Third, pitch should be confusing
The backhand squat serve is still very difficult, which is rarely seen in professional competition, so amateur golfers don't need to deliberately emphasize its high quality in learning process or use confusing serve well.
If you can't send a topspin then you can send a side spin, you can add some forward power, stand upright and send a side spin if you do it well, it can also create a lot of threat to opponent.
