This golfer asks what problems exist in his playing moves. He didn't say which one he was, so let's look at problems with horizontal and feather golfers.

1. Horizontal throw players

(1) Issues

1. Too much lateral friction and too much range of motion.

2. The strength of upper waist and abdomen is not used.

The golfer on opposite side pulls ball with a backhand. There is a lot of side friction and wobble is a little big. In process of pulling ball, wrist moves more. The forearm moves sideways and when front of racket is not facing ball directly, it touches side of ball. In a backhand pull-up, waist does not use any force at all, and it is completely dependent on arm to swing, so when you do a backhand pull-up, arm swings too much, which will affect stability.

(2) Solution

1. Learn to help your waist and stomach

When pulling ball and pulling racket, center of gravity should shift slightly and learn to use power of waist and abdomen to increase strength, and not just shake your arms.

2. Forearm rubbing

The forearm causes wrist to rub, but if forearm is thrown out, if quality of ball is not high, then a few rebounds can still be made.

Second, click and block players

(1) Issues

It's hard to tell about a golfer on other side who pushes and blocks a shot with a handle. This locking action is similar to cooking with a spatula. The center of gravity fluctuates too much. Press to lock wrist rotation.

(2) Solution

Push from behind to front to block ball with force while standing on ground and lowering center of gravity.
