In this tutorial episode, we are mainly talking about three methods of training right arch.
First, increase move method
When you first start practicing loop ball technique, you can stand on COSCO platform and hit ball with your right hand. There is almost no friction in attack on right, then gradually increase range of motion, lift ball up and gradually add friction so that ball being pulled has a certain arc.
The racket can be moderately lowered a little more so that ball has a certain arc to pass net. Although friction is not strong, forward pulling motion of ball mainly comes out and ball can be carefully hung on stage. This is first way to experience it.
Second, table rolling method
Practicing ball to right, you can also roll ball on table and then let ball come out from under table and then lift ball up to make an arc.
It is better to cooperate with two people. One person rolls ball a little faster while other person pulls ball up. Even though ball pulled on itself has no quality, you can feel arc created by forearm and wrist. But power of waist is practically not used, and arc of ball can be a little higher.
3. Self-throwing and self-play
Find a low stool and throw ball onto wooden stool. Thus, ball's landing point will be relatively low in order to experience sensation of ball being carried onto stage during descent period. This can also be achieved by placing back of bounce board on a chair. This exercise can be done on your own or have one person throw ball while another pulls it up.
The advantage of this kind of practice is that point of impact is relatively low, mostly parallel to table or slightly above table, and then pulled upwards, whole arc is very similar to ball's pull arc.
