1. Attack from right - basis of ball draw

For example: some players like to raise their elbow (raise their shoulder) when attacking ball from right, and movement will be more obvious when pulling ball. The shoulder exerts force, but forearm does not. use force. Therefore, before learning loop ball technique, evaluate your attacking moves to see if your action system is stable or unstable.
Second, basics of making a ball loop
(1) Station

1. Turn your waist and hips
Many people find that they can't rub ball while working out power and spin from right. The quality of ball will not be very high.
There is a difference between a waist spin and a right attack. For a right attack, I don't need to use a lot of waist rotation to apply power. Just a normal turn to get on stage.
But pulling ball is different. What you have to learn is not to twist your waist to apply force, but to twist your waist more to apply force. This force should have a direct effect, and not just turn to left. Too much lateral rotation of waist can easily lead to injury to waist. You must learn to twist hip (hip joint), and strength of waist and abdomen must match forward twist.
At present, many golfers on Internet often discuss that a modern looped ball does not need to rotate waist, but it is wrong to rotate waist to apply force. One thing to be understood is that when playing table tennis, waist always rotates to apply force. It is impossible to play table tennis without rotating waist.
The game of table tennis itself is a collaborative effort. When hip joint rotates, lower back will necessarily turn. A person cannot stand still and play. What is required now is not to intentionally twist lower back horizontally and sharply, but to twist hip joint, concentrate power, decrease rotation of lower back, and concentrate explosive force of forward twist. Playing table tennis does not require a lot of movement. The more movement, slower it is. Big movement does not mean high quality.
Pushing perineum is feeling of helping body to apply force forward. Strength application is process of coordinating body itself. It is impossible and uncoordinated to move only upper limbs without moving lower ones. Therefore, lower limbs should be better combined with load of upper limbs.
2. Brake force
In process of pulling ball, center of gravity should not change too much. Do not completely press center of gravity to left leg after end of pull-up. It is necessary to fully use force from racket to hitting ball, this is an inertial process from center of gravity of action to left foot.
When playing with ball, you must stop your body power and swing power in order to use your explosive power on ball. Without deceleration (braking), range will be too long to recover and power cannot be focused on ball.
3. Impact and friction
You first need to learn how to drag and rotate to experience friction. At first, I didn't feel any friction, because friction from hitting ball to friction when pulling ball is a change in way force is applied. Friction is actually created by impact. Friction without impact has no effect. does not exist.
The friction of tangential force on ball is subtle, and direction of force on surface of sphere deviates from center of sphere. If direction of force simply passes through middle of center of ball, then impact will be greater. Leap forward and extra spin (high hang) are all changes in direction of force acting on surface friction of ball, resulting in different contact situations with ball.
