The basics of squatting and sweeping are in these 5 points, and after you understand them, you will also become best serve in Ding Ning

Now I will introduce you to basic movements of right squat.

1. Finished Position

In preparation, left leg is slightly in front of right, and center of gravity of body should be lowered to hip joint (where belt is tied), just below table. In process of preparation, hands without clap should be located on top of table, and putting them on bottom is illegal, center of gravity of body is slightly tilted forward.

Second, throw ball

During preparation, ball should be tossed up, while center of gravity of arms and body should be vigorously thrown up at same time, instead of standing still and tossing ball, whole movement of serve will be uncoordinated. During throw, use upward force of body's center of gravity to lift your arms up to toss ball up.

Try to throw ball in an arc as straight as possible. If it deviates, it will be difficult to find point of impact. When thrown, arc falls almost in front of right shoulder, so point of impact is very easy to find and force is also very coordinated.

When you first started learning, height of ball toss should not be too high, about 20 centimeters is enough. As your level improves, you can try to bounce it as high as you can to make better use of gravitational potential energy of falling ball.

Third, Yinpai

(1) hand

When ball is tossed up, arm is pulled back to dribble racket.

(2) Wrist

The wrist follows forearm slightly to draw racquet back, leaning back so that racquet and forearm are at about a 90-degree angle and racquet is back behind right ear, and wrist movement should not be too much.

(3) Elbow

The key point of shot is that elbow joint is supported very stably. It is mainly located in front of right side of body. The forearm will be very stable and elbow joint will be slightly raised when racket is pulled back.

Fourth, swing your racket

(1) Force Direction

In act of applying force, arm moves wrist downward and at same time body's center of gravity squats down, so it's a downward chopping motion.

The essence of chopping feed is to use inertia of body's center of gravity. The center of gravity is very important. When center of gravity is squatting down, hands are chopped down, as when chopping firewood. If you are chopping while standing, you will not be able to apply much force, but if you use strength of whole body together, then all momentum will go down together, and force of chopping wood will be great. The same applies to right squat serve. Coordination of body's center of gravity is very important.

(2) Batting

1.Center of gravityCoordination

In order to crouch to serve well, control of point of impact is very important. In process of applying force, body and process of falling ball must be coordinated and combined. The body crouches following ball, so cooperation must be very coordinated if you cannot find point of impact, you won't be able to use power of ball.

There should be a short pause while looking for point of impact. When ball is tossed up, it quickly crouches down as it accelerates downward.

2. Control point of impact

The rhythm control of point of impact is as follows: when ball is thrown up, when ball is at highest point, body has already started to squat about 20%, and then ball in process of accelerating and falling Accelerate down, adding power to squat. When ball drops, if person's center of gravity is still high, entire point of impact will be high. Therefore, when ball reaches its highest point, it actually begins to squat. Crouch as ball accelerates down and point of impact can be controlled low enough.

During hooking of ball, center of gravity of whole body crouches down. After ball is served, it can be seen that center of gravity of whole body crouches very low, which is lower than when serving. Consider change in body's center of gravity after hitting ball. After hitting ball, body's center of gravity crouches down. At this time, knee bends below center of gravity when ball is ready to fall. serve and squat a lot to increase push-up.

Five, training

When practicing serve, you need to find feeling of hitting ball. You don't need to use too many hand movements in beginning. The main thing is to find feeling of hitting ball while squatting. The arm goes down following center of gravity, don't move your wrist too much, just hit ball first.

When ball falls, center of gravity first squats and then quickly contracts. It is feeling of finding point of impact, and center of gravity must be coordinated.
