Avoid these 4 problems: when pulling ball with a hand grip, force will be more concentrated, ball will be gripped deeper, and quality of ball will be higher.

QUESTIONS FROM GOLFERS: I can't increase my grip strength, how do I catch my opponent's topspin ball?
The inability to apply force when playing with a pen grip is mainly due to following reasons.
First of all, I'm not feeling well
Typically, lack of power when hitting ball with a handle grip can be due to wrong feeling when racquet touches ball.
Second, will not take up strength
A topspin ball sent by an opponent will move forward slightly when it just lands on table. When handling such a ball, you must learn to use force of ball's rebound to pull it, rather than return it like a backspin. If you go down and drive racket, such a ball will not feel close.
Whether your opponent is sending or pulling topspin ball, try to touch ball as early as possible when pulling up, don't wait too long and use force to look ahead.
Third, I didn't findhelicopterpoint
Sometimes problem of developing strength is not related to spinning ball, but to feeling of not finding joint strength. When you apply force, you must close force. Whether it is a down period, a high point period, or an upswing period, you must have a sense of shared strength. If you cannot find this feeling of joint strength, you will naturally not be able to apply force.
Fourthly, rotate your wrist as you play
Don't pull your wrists away from grip. There are many golfers who hit racquet and pull it back while holding racquet. This will result in ball being hit late. Basically, angle between racquet head and wrist should be 75-85 degrees after racquet head is down. The racquet head and forearm do not have to be completely in line, but racquet head cannot be moved nearly 45 degrees. degrees with forearm, which means that head of racquet was hit too hard.
The fingers behind racquet should press down slightly on racquet, and thumb should be stronger when pulling ball so that handle racquet can apply force. If grip is too shallow or too loose, it may seem that force is not transferred from fingers to ball.
