Let's get familiar with basic elements of lefthand throw and circle ball.
1. Backhand and loopball position
Usually we choose position of right leg behind front left leg for pull-up on left and ball in the loop.
Second, basic backhand and spin action
(1) Location
As a rule, when receiving a serve, back is pulled up. At this time, entire center of gravity will drop even more, and racket will be pulled more into lower left corner. Apply force to front and create friction as high as possible.
(2) Force direction
The waist force can rotate a little more, and range of rotation can be larger, but do not turn completely horizontally and do not turn waist horizontally to apply force, because if force is mainly applied horizontally, movement will go to right a lot.
When spinning ball in a loop in Lag, all movement is to apply force up and forward, so when force is applied to waist, center of gravity first falls on left leg and then rises to top right. ) at top right, not the right.
3. Practice Method
(1) Throw
The position is adjusted so that right foot is in front and left behind. You can rotate a little more when you apply force, but whole power structure (method of force application) is still basically twisting, and you can still feel twisting sensation of waist and use power of waist and abdomen. It can be seen that range of auction is larger, and there are more downward quotes. There will also be more wrist flexion. Only when waist and stomach strength is used does center of gravity and position matter. If you choose this position, but waist and stomach strength is not used, only arms swing, and no matter how large range of motion is, quality will not be achieved.
If you want to pull and twist, you can rub ball a little thinner. During your workout, you can intentionally rub it up. Use your forearm to move your wrist to quickly shake it up. Wipe ball thinner so ball doesn't rush forward as much. Less kickback, in self-release you can wait for ball to fall a little lower (below table) and then pull ball up (friction up), rub ball a little thinner to experience late stage of decline, and rub it in middle of decline. There should be a slight pause to feel ball.
(2) Multiball Gain
Based on current experience, you could use some balls on stage, throw a slightly more durable ball, and then drag it onto stage. edge of ball up. , this can create strong topspin. If a large force is applied forward when applying force, then at this time ball will move forward at a greater speed, and friction is not fine enough. So first we have to experience a subtle friction so that surface of racquet is at about a 90 degree angle, and then quickly apply pressure from bottom up, use forearm to move wrist, and quickly (ground) apply force to create friction on edge of sphere.
You can pull racket down a little more, then rub it up and shake it quickly. It doesn't matter how high arc of friction is. You can deliberately bend inward a little more, and then shake quickly. , and quickly turn your wrist up to rub ball.
Pay attention to this sound during multi-ball practice and use sound to determine if friction is total or not. "Such a thin sound, a very spinning (very muffled) sound means it's spinning a lot and there's this feeling of ball friction.
Fourthly, difference between a backhand and an arcing strike
In terms of backhand technique, pulling a high throw is rare because it is hard to pull and control of arc is not very good, so try not to intentionally pull a high throw with backhand, just pull it well because if arc is too high for a high overhang , it is easy to be beaten to death by others. It's too hard to pull ball with a low arc like a high overhang forehand on left and then do it half way. Even best athletes in world It's hard to do so you don't have to think about backhand. Just friction is thinner and forward force is less. Personally I guess that there is no need to specifically practice throwing from left. It can be used as an experience Rubbing method - finely rubbing ball and twisting it as a way of this auxiliary practice.
